The Individual Reports contain all the patient's information.

Generate reports
1. Log in on the CareSimple portal.
2. Select a patient in the Patients tab.
3. Click on Reports.
4. Click on +Generate New Report.
5. A new window with drop-down menus will appear. You can select the type of report to generate and the date range you need.
Note that the date range is up to this day. For example, 30 days will go back to 30 days prior to today
For the Patient Summary (PDF), you also have the option to upload the report to EHR.
For the RPM Vitals (PDF), you also have the option to add the Patient graphs and data to the report.
6. Click on Submit to generate the report.
7. The report and all its information (name, date, status) now shows in the Reports section of the patient's profile. The status Export in progress will show.
8. After waiting sometime (try to refresh the page as well), the status will change to Export ready for download. The download button also lights up. Click on it to download the report.
9. Open the downloaded file.
By clicking on the Archive (ZIP) button, it will put all the generated reports into a ZIP file.
Delete reports
To delete reports, click on the Clear button on the Reports section.
Note that pressing this button will not show you a confirmation window. Make sure to delete the right report before clicking on Clear.
