Instructions:
1. Log in to CareSimple.
2. On the left-hand side of the dashboard is a Reports icon. 
3. To view the graphs, click on Stats. A Patient Onboarding graph and a Patient Compliance graph are available.
The Patient Onboarding graph indicates monthly onboarded patient, the total number of patients and the number of monthly offboarded patients.
The Patient Compliance graph shows you the % of patients that took their readings each day.
3. Place your cursor on the points to obtain more information. Each point corresponds to values for the end of the month displayed on the X axis. The green dotted line on the Patient Compliance graph indicates the current date/time.
