Instructions:
1. Log in on Caresimple.
2. Select the patient whose profile is of interest on Patients tab.
3. Select the Clinical Log tab.
4. Click on Select filter.
5. A drop-down containing 4 options will appear. Select the desired filter.
6. To select a second filter, press on the > and select the second filter of choice.
7. When the Care Manager unselects that 1 (or 2) items previously selected, the Clinical log goes back to its default, displaying the Select filter > button and all the content of the clinical log.
Filters are not maintained. Next time the Care Manager opens the clinical log, all the content will be displayed with the Select filter > button.
