Record/Delete a Measurement

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Locate the patient for whom you want to add a measurement and click on his name to access his profile.

3. In the Vital Signs section, press on + ADD VITAL highlighted below.

4. Select the appropriate measurement and fill the fields with the right values. You can also use the up and down arrows if your value is close to the one by default. The actual date and time are automatically set but you can always change it if the record you are adding is from a previous day. Click on the calendar icon and the time field to do so. 

Press Submit to successfully save. 

Delete a measurement

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Locate the patient for whom you want to delete a measurement and click on their name to access their profile. 

3. In the  Vital Signs section, scroll down till you find the measurements.

4. Click on the desired measurement to be deleted. A new window should appear displaying the measurement's information. Click on  Delete measurement.

6. A security message will appear. Click on Delete to confirm.
