Instructions
- In the Documents tab of the Patient's profile, click on +ADD DOCUMENT.
- A new window will appear asking you to choose a document to upload. Click on the grey area to open your computer's file list to help you select a document or slide it in the grey area.
- Once selected, it will be automatically updated to the patient's profile. You can view the document by clicking on VIEW.
- You can also delete a document by clicking on DELETE.
