Email activity notification is part of the "Admin" section of the portal. An "Administrator" access is required to access this functionality.
Instructions:
1. Log in on CareSimple.
2. On the left side of the portal, click on the Admin tab.
3. In the middle of the page, you will notice a Group Activity Notification section. You can enter an e-mail where the notifications will be sent and then select if you want notifications for patient messages, alerts or both. Click on Save to confirm.
4. You will now get the notifications you chose on the email you entered.
