View Customized and Default Care Plan Templates
1. Log in on CareSimple.
2. On the left side of the portal, click on the Admin tab. Select a group and then, click on Care Plan Templates.
3. You will arrive on a page showing all your Group Created Templates and Default Templates.
Create Customized Care Plan Templates
1. To create customized Care Plan Templates, click on + Create Care Plan Templates.
2. A new window will appear. Enter a title for your Care Plan Template and click on Create to confirm.
3. You will be redirected to the Care Plan Creation page. Here, you can customize any Care Plan options, including Reference ranges, Smart Events, Observations, Messages, Educational Content and Questionnaires.
4. You can click on any + option to add it to the Care Plan. Each + button will make a new window appear with the option's information to enter. For all the information about how to manage each option, please refer to the Care Plan article's dedicated sections.
5. You can also Publish and Unpublish the Care Plans so they are available or not by using the dedicated button on the right side of the page. This can also be done from the main page by clicking on the three dots and then on Publish.
Edit Care Plan Templates
1. To Edit customized Care Plans, click on the three dots and then on Edit.
2. You will be redirected to the customized Care Plan Template. Please refer to the Care Plan article for more information about how to manage these options.
Copy Customized or Default Care Plan Templates
1. To copy a customized, click on the three dots and then on Copy.
2. A confirmation window will appear. Click on Copy to confirm.
3. You will be redirected to the Care Plan Customization page. Please refer to the Care Plan article for more information on how to manage this page.
4. The copied Care Plan now shows in your Group Created Templates.
5. If you decide to copy a default template, the steps are the same. The default template will be now editable and showing in your Group Created Templates.
Delete a Customized Care Plan Template
1. You can delete your Group Created Templates by clicking on the three dots and then on Delete.
2. A confirmation window will appear. Click on Delete to confirm.
3. The Care Plan Template is now removed from the page.
View a Default Care Plan Template
1. You can view a default template by clicking on the three dots and then on View.
2. This will redirected you to the Care Plan Template page. You can see all the information about this template.
