Instructions:
1. To log in to your CareSimple portal account, you must first have an account set up by CareSimple Customer Success or by your care team administrator.
2. As part of onboarding, you must provide to the Customer Success Team the group name as well as the names and email addresses of those who will be using the CareSimple Clinician Portal.
3. You will receive an email invitation to login into the CareSimple Clinician Portal with a link to set up your password.
4. Click on the link to set up your password (make sure to meet all requirements for your password to be accepted). If it worked, you will receive an e-mail telling you so.
5. You can now log in on the platform using the Log in button in the past e-mail.
6. You are now ready to use the portal. Please refer to other sections of this website to learn how to use each tools.
