Instructions:
1. Log in to CareSimple.
2. Select a patient in the Patients tab.
3. Press on the three dots highlighted below and select Delete.
5. You will get a warning message. Press on DELETE.
6. You will get a confirmation message of confirmation of the patient being deleted.
