Patient Onboarding
- Onboarding tab — Open it from the sidebar.
- Select programs — Choose the patient's program(s) (e.g. RPM, CCM); this sets the scope of monitoring and care services.
- Demographics — Enter name, date of birth, gender, address, and contact details to identify the patient across the platform.
- Medical information — Enter BMI, age, diagnoses, and relevant history. BMI is used later to recommend cuff size.
- Care plan — Select the conditions being monitored (e.g. hypertension, diabetes, COPD). This drives the device suggestions in the next step.
- Suggested devices — A suggestion banner appears at the top of the Medical Devices screen based on Steps 4–5. Click Select all suggested, or dismiss it and choose manually.
- Browse devices — Use the category chips (Blood Pressure → Pulse Oximeter → Weight Scale → Blood Glucose) or search to narrow the list. Devices are grouped by category, most commonly ordered first.
