Looking up Tracking Number
When a device is shipped to the patient, a tracking number is attributed to it.
Firstly, you will need to enter your patient's informations in the system required for the shipping process.
This article show how to add a new device to an existing patient (end of the article). Please refer to it if you have issues with the shipping process.
Instructions:
1. After your order is confirmed, your screen should look like this :
2. Go back to the patient list. The tracking number of the device you ordered should be in the space highlighted in the picture below.
