Assign/Unassign Devices

*This article contains information on how to Assign, Unassign, Reassign and Delete Devices.*

Instructions:

Unassign a Device 

1. If your patient does not need his device anymore, press on the Devices icon on the left-handed side of the dashboard and click on Unassign highlighted below. 

 A message will follow asking you to confirm your choice. 

Unassign and Delete a Device

To be deleted, a device needs to be unassigned first. After a device has been unassigned, it will go into the Unassigned list. 

If you wish to delete the device from the Unassigned list : 

1. Scroll all the way to the right. Your screen should look like this :

2. Click on the Remove button associated with whichever Device you want to delete. A pop-up window will appear on the top of the screen.

3. Click on the Delete to confirm and the device will be deleted from the list.

Unassign and Assign a Device

To be assigned manually, a device needs to be unassigned first. After a device has been unassigned, it will go into the  Unassigned list. 

To see how to Assign a new device to a patient, see section ''Add Device from Patient Chart'' below.

To Assign an unassigned device :

 1. Scroll all the way to the right. Your screen should look like this :

2. Click on the Assign button associated with the device you want to assign.

3. Type the name of your patient in the Search Bar and click on the magnifying glass.

4. Finally, once your patient have been selected, you can click on the reassign button on the bottom right of the page to assign that device to the patient.

Add Device from Patient Chart 

If you decide to prescribe another device to a patient, you can easily do it from the patient's profile. This also applies to a patient who did not have a device in the first place. 

1. Go to the dashboard and find your patient using the search bar. Once you are on the patient's profile, go to the Devices section and press on ADD DEVICE. 

2. Follow the presented steps at the end of the page to order the needed device(s).
