This guide helps users manually resync vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, weight, glucose, pulse ox) that were not transmitted to the EHR automatically.
Pre-checks Before Syncing

Verify the Patient’s Data Exists in CareSimple

Go to the patient's profile.

Confirm the missing vitals appear in their CareSimple timeline.

Check EHR Transmission Settings

Ensure the patient is configured for EHR integration.

Make sure EHR integration is active and credentials are valid.

Confirm Vitals Were Captured Automatically

Confirm the vitals were collected via connected device (not entered manually).

Manually entered data may not sync to EHR depending on your configuration

Step-by-Step: Sync Vitals to EHR
1. Review the Vitals

In the patient profile, go to the Vitals tab.

Identify the vital signs that were not transmitted (check for timestamps and data values).
2. Manually Trigger EHR Resync

Locate the "Sync Vitals to EHR" below the graph

Select “Sync Vitals to EHR”
- Select the time period of the data that you wish to sync
3. Confirm Success Message

A confirmation should appear with the number of vitals sent, duplicates or errors.

If you receive an error you can contact customer support.
4. Verify in EHR

Log into your EHR platform.

Check that the vitals have now appeared under the patient’s recent observations.
