Instructions
Clinical Time Logging for a Patient
1. Select the patient whose profile is of interest on the dashboard.
2. The time logging function is available below the patient's profile page as highlighted. It shows the cumulative time per time log type for the current month.
3. Press Pause to stop the timer during the session, and press Close & Document when the session is done. A new window will appear
4. Choose the Type, Action Taken and add notes before clicking on Close.
5. The time log will be displayed in the Clinical Log section of the patient's profile and the total time for each type will be displayed below the page.
Manually Add Time to a Patient's Time Log
Let's say that you accidentally press pause on the timer or that you notice that the automatic clinical time log is turned off while you were on a patient's profile.
1. Click on the + ADD TIME located on the right as highlighted below.
2. Select the appropriate "Type", "Action Taken" , add notes and enter the time spent on the patient's case. Click on SAVE to update the accumulated time displayed on previously selected timer.
3. To edit the time or change the date for the manually added time log, click on the pencil icon and make the necessary changes. Press Sa ve when you're done.
Edit a Patient's Time Log
1. Select the patient whose profile is of interest on the dashboard.
2. Click on the Clinical Log tab.
3. Click on the pencil icon to edit the time log
4. Update the Time and the Type. Click on Save to confirm.
Time can only be edited by the original person who has logged it. The Action Taken and the Notes cannot be edited.
