Manage Documents from a Patient's Profile

Instructions

  1. In the Documents tab of the Patient's profile, click on +ADD DOCUMENT.

  1. A new window will appear asking you to choose a document to upload. Click on the grey area to open your computer's file list to help you select a document or slide it in the grey area.

  1. Once selected, it will be automatically updated to the patient's profile. You can view the document by clicking on VIEW.

  1. You can also delete a document by clicking on DELETE.
