Create & Manage Views

A view is a quick way to filter your Patient list by saving filters and column configurations for specific use (e.g.: See only the patients with High severity alerts with a specific tag added to their profile).

Creating a View

To organize your Patient list in different tabs by saving filters and column configurations for specific use cases (e.g.: See only the patients with High severity alerts with a specific tag added to their profile).

"All patients" is the default view. From there, you can create new views.

  1. Select filters, adjust columns or sort and a “Create View” button will show on the right.
  1. Click "Create View"

  1. A new window will appear, asking you to give a name to your view. Click on CREATE to confirm.


  1. Your new view is now saved ready to be used.

Editing a View

You can edit filters, columns and sorting for your views at any given time. Simply make your desired changes and click on the SAVE VIEW button.


A message will appear at the bottom of the screen, confirming that the changes have been saved.


Reordering Views

By clicking and dragging on a view, you can re-order your view tabs.


Delete a View

A view can be deleted by click on DELETE VIEW.

A confirmation window will appear. Click on DELETE to confirm.
