Sending Educational Content to Patients

Directly to a patient
1. Log in on the CareSimple Portal.
2. Select the patient you would like to send Educational Content to in the Patient tab.
3. Click on the Messages tab. In the + section, select to send either a PDF file or the URL of the Educational Content. You can add a message to be sent with it. Click on the paper plane icon to confirm.
4. Your message will be sent with the added content.
Schedule Educational Content
1. Log in on the CareSimple Portal.
2. Select the patient you would like to send Educational Content to in the Patient tab.
3. Click on the Care Plan tab. Scroll down to the Educational Content section and click on +Educational Content.
4. A window will appear with different options. Select and schedule the Educational Content to be sent to your patient automatically. Click on Add to confirm.
5. Your Educational Content will now be sent automatically to your patient.
