Uploading BGM Device Data

1. Login the CareSimple Dock app
   
2. Select the device you wish to upload data from
   
3. Make sure your device is in the same Timezone as your computer
4. Turn off your meter and connect it to your computer using the device cable (cable per device list is available here). Click the "Download" button when ready
   
5. The following progress bar will show while the readings are transmitted
   
6. When the readings scan is finished, you will be prompted to select which patient you wish to upload the readings to.
   
7. Enter the patient name, CareSimple username or MRN, and select using the radio button. Click confirm and upload once ready to upload the data in the patient chart.
   
8. Once the readings are transmitted a result page will be shown
   
9. Data is exportable in CSV by clicking the "Export CSV" button. You can also view the data by clicking on the patient name which will bring you to the CareSimple clinical portal.
10. To start another upload, simply click on "Done"
