View Dexcom's CGM information
Instructions
1. Log in on CareSimple.
2. Select a patient with the Dexcom Care Plan.
3. On their Vitals tab, you can view all the patient's data. Click on the "Glucose" section to see glucose data. To see the Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) report made by Dexcom, click on this icon above the graph.

4. You can now see all the CGM information.
