Access HelpScout From your Portal and Ask Questions

Instructions:

1. Log in on CareSimple.

2. At the top of the portal, click on the question mark icon. A window will open on the bottom right side of your screen.

3. There are two main tabs from which you can choose; Answers and Ask. First, browse the answer tab to see if what you are looking for is already available. If not, use the "Ask" tab to type your question.

4. To read an article in the Answer tab, click on it.

5. If you wish to read another article, press the X and then click on the article of choice.

6. When you are done with HelpScout, select Close X.
