Using the Video Call Feature

Instructions:

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Select a patient you would like to video call in the Patients tab.

3. Click on the three dots icon beside their name.

4. Click on the Video Call option.

5. After selecting the Start video call icon, a video call box should open as a modal dialogue and display a black image while waiting for the patient to join.

6. The patient will then receive a call on their phone.
