Archiving a patient

  1. Select a patient from the patient list

  1. In the sidebar change the status of the patient to "Archived"

  1. You will be asked to confirm the "Archive"

  1. The patient account will be locked for 30 days, during which time it cannot be reactivated.

The account will no longer be counted as active in the program, preventing any further alerts, readings, or reminders from being generated.


Re-enrolling a patient

  1. Following 30 days since the archiving of the patient, it is possible to re-enroll a patient into your virtual care program.
  2. Go in the patient list
  3. Filter the patient list with "Archive" status

  1. Select the patient you wish to re-enroll and change the status to "Enrolled"

Permanently deleting a patient

  1. Following the archiving of a patient, it is possible to permanently delete a patient from the CareSimple platform.
  2. Click in the "..." button on the top of the patient chart
  3. Select DELETE from the dropdown.

  1. This will permanently delete the account from CareSimple.
