Instructions:
1. Open the "CareSimple" app on your phone or tablet and press on Profile on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Press on the "Settings" icon highlighted below.
3. Press "Logbook".
4. Here, you will be able to view all the measurements/notes you have entered.
5. If you would like to view only certain measurements/notes, press the dropdown button, ALL MY DATA, highlighted below and select what you would like to view. *All the filters are selected by default*
Press "Ok" to filter your entries.
