Instructions:
1. Open the "CareSimple" app on your phone or tablet.
2. To view your results, scroll down to the bottom of the home page. All of your latest measurements will be displayed under "RESULTS".
3. If you would like to view trends of your results, click on a measurement. Here, you will be able to view your data in a chart as well as see your stats specific to the measurement you chose.
4. Press on "Yearly", "Monthly", "Weekly" or "Daily" to choose the range of measurements.
5. Use the left and right arrows to change the date on which the measurements were taken.
