Note: In case your Clinician asks you to export your data from the CareSimple mobile app, here are the instructions to do so.
Instructions
1. Log in on the CareSimple app.
2. Press on Profile at the bottom of the screen.
3. Press on Settings.
4. Press on Export data.
5. A new window will appear. Press on Generate File.
6. Wait for the Data Export File to be generated (can take some time, try to press on another section at the bottom of the screen and come back to the Profile section).
7. Press on Data Export File Available.
8. A new window will appear. Press on Download.
9. A loading image will appear and then gives you multiple ways to send the CSV file. Press on the one you need.
10. The exported CSV file can be easily opened in Excel by you or the person you sent it to.
