Questionnaire Answering
This feature allows a clinical user to answer questionnaires freely in the clinical portal without opening a new browser window.
Instructions
1. Log in to CareSimple.
2. Select the patient you want to talk with in the Patients tab.
3. Click on the Questionnaires tab.
4. Click on +Add Response.
5. Select the questionnaire desired and press Start Questionnaire.
6. The questionnaire will open in the bottom right corner. Select the answers for your patient.
7. Once completed, select Finish & Close.
