Generate Bulk Vitals Report
The Bulk Vitals report provides information about the patient and the information you decided to get from it (step 6). It allows for a clear overview of the patient's condition and its evolution through time. The report is generated for each member of a group and gives you a clear overview of each of them in one pdf.
Instructions
1. Log in to CareSimple.
2. Press Reports on the left side of the portal.
3. Click on + Generate New Report.
4. A new window will appear. Select the Bulk Vitals Reports (ZIP of PDFs).
5. Select the desired Date range.
6. Select which information you want to appear in the report. Click on Submit to confirm.
7. The file is now being generated. The status will be Export in progress. You may have to wait a bit for it to end (try to refresh the page as well). It will then say Export ready for download.
8. After the file is generated, click on Download.
9. A new window will open containing the Bulk Patient Summary folder.
10. Open the folder and select the desired patient. Open their Report.
If you selected the patient's graph option, you will have a graph showing the evolution of each vitals this patient has been taking. You can also see the reference ranges under it with the colours representing them.
If you selected the patient's data option, you will have all the exact data this patient got from each vitals they are measuring.
