You've reached this page because your healthcare provider signed you up to connect your Dexcom account with the CareSimple platform. 

Your Dexcom data will be added to your patient chart so that it can be monitored by your healthcare provider.

What to do next?

1. If the authorization link was opened via the CareSimple app, you can press the back button to go back to the CareSimple app dashboard. 
2. If the authorization link was opened via SMS, you can simply close this browser/tab.
