Bulk Messaging

Instructions:

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Select a group.

3. Select the patients you wish to send the bulk message to by checking the box beside their name.

4. Click on "Bulk action".

5. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Write Message.

6. Type in your message.

7. If you wish to send the patients a questionnaire, you may select one. Then, press on Send to confirm.
