Organization Configurations

Instructions:

1. Log in on CareSimple.

2. On the left side of the portal, click on the  Admin tab.

3. Setup your organization's contact information and Save to confirm. The emergency phone number and location can be used in automated content delivered to the patient via care plan templates.

4. In the middle of the page, you will notice a  Activity Notification section. You can enter an e-mail where the notifications will be sent and then select if you want notifications for patient messages, alerts or both. Click on Save to confirm.

Note that only the Medical Alerts will trigger a notification. Compliance Alerts will not generate an e-mail.

5. You can also create and remove tags for your Organization.
