Setup your Organization's Logo and Colors on the Patient App

Instructions

1. Log in on CareSimple.

2. On the left side of the portal, click on the Admin tab.

3. Click on White Labeling.

4. Assign a logo to your organization by uploading a JPG or PNG file.

Note that this logo will be displayed in the top navigation of the app, onboarding message, offboarding message and will be the organization avatar on the clinician portal.

5. Add primary and secondary colours to be displayed on the Patient Application.

The primary colour is the main colour of the App (icons, buttons)

6. Customize Onboarding and Offboarding Email.

Add a custom message to the onboarding email/SMS to personalize the onboarding experience of patients with your clinic.

7. Press Submit to save.
