How to navigate the Clinical Log

View the Clinical Log
1. Log in on CareSimple.
2. Select a patient's profile for which you want to see the Clinical Log.
3. On the patient's profile, click on Clinical Log.
4. The Clinical Log gives you all the information about what has been done on a patient's profile.
5. You can also add notes on it to let another Care Provider know something.
Filter the Clinical Log
1. On the upper bar of the Clinical Log, you will find filters for the Clinical Log. The ones that are checked are showing on the Clinical Log and the ones you uncheck are hidden.
Here, the Clinical Notes are hidden because Clinical Notes are unchecked
