Enter a Measurement Manually

CareSimple Patient App allows you to enter multiple types of measurements. Here are the instructions on the different ways to enter them. 

This article includes how to enter measurements manually when the specific task is available and when the task is not available. If you are looking for information on how to connect a specific device, please refer to the articles on this page for Bluetooth devices and this page for 4G devices.

Instructions:

With task

1. Log into CareSimple and click on one of your assigned tasks (might differ from this list) that you want to fulfil.

2. After that, select the method you want to enter your results : either directly with the device or Manual Entry. If you choose directly with the device, press on the corresponding button and follow the instructions on screen or refer to the specific to the specific help page corresponding to the device you are using. If you choose to enter your measurement manually, go to the next step.

3. To enter the measurement manually, press on Manual Entry.

4. Enter the measurement in the gray rectangle highlighted below. When your measurement is entered, press on Save.

Without task

1. Log into CareSimple and press on the Log+ icon on the bottom right of the screen.

2. Chose the measurement from the list available to you (might differ from this list) and press on the corresponding

3. After that, select the method you want to enter your results : either directly with the device or Manual Entry. If you choose directly with the device, press on the corresponding button and follow the instructions on screen or refer to the specific to the specific help page corresponding to the device you are using. If you choose to enter your measurement manually, go to the next step.

4. To enter the measurement manually, press on Manual Entry.

5. Enter the measurement in the gray rectangle highlighted below. When your measurement is entered, press on Save.
