Clinicians: Create Reports

CareSimple allows you to document your patient's data using reports. Individual or bulk, creating reports has never been more simple. 

1. Log in to CareSimple. 

2. Click on Reports located on top of the menu. 

3. All different reports are displayed on this page. Whether it is for reimbursement or archive, generating files comes down to simple steps depending on which report is needed. 

• Generate Individual Report

Need a report for a single patient? Generate a file containing patient's data or a summary report of patient's activities within CareSimple. 

• Generate Bulk Report

In case you need a report for a large number of patients (or even all of them), use bulk summary report as well as bulk patients' data report.
