Clinicians: Send Password Reset to Patient

Instructions:

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Locate your patient and click on his name to get on his profile. 

3. Press on Account actions and select Send reset password

5. Click on Send Password Reset on the pop-up message. You will get a confirmation message of the email being sent shortly after. Note: The link in the email will expire after 15 minutes.
