Send Password Reset to Patient

Instructions:

1. Log in to CareSimple.

2. Select the patient in the Patients tab.

3. Press on the three dots beside their name and then on Send reset password.4. A confirmation window will appear. Click on Submit to confirm.

5. You will get a confirmation message of the email or SMS being sent. Note: The link in the email will expire after 24 hours.
