Add a Note

Instructions:

1. Open the "CareSimple" app on your phone or tablet.

2. Press on the blue circle with the plus icon highlighted below.

3. Switch over to the "Note" tab.

4. Select either "Text Note", "Photo Note" or "Audio Note".

5. Enter your note in the text field highlighted below. 

6. Once you're done writing, press "Save". Your note will be saved to your Logbook.
