Send/Receive Messages

Instructions:

1. Open the "CareSimple" app on your phone or tablet.

2. Click on "Inbox". If you have a new message, a red circle will appear beside the mail icon with the number of unread messages. 

3. Here, you can view new messages, your chat history as well as send new messages to your doctor. 

4. To send a new message, click on the text field highlighted below. Enter your desired message and then press "Send".

6. To send a photo, click on the icon highlighted below. Here, you can either search through your photo library and select the image you would like to send or take a photo to send.
